Our single ferrule tube fittings range fully comply with the Transco (National Grid) F9 specifications.

Manufactured at our headquarters in Essex, our Duoloc tube fittings have proved popular assets within the Oil and Gas industry for over 35 years.

Expertly designed for easy and safe application, including vibration resistance and full material cast code traceability. Our DuolocⒸ range have also been used at the Humber Refinery by exploration and production giants, Conoco Phillips UK.

Metric and Imperial OD Tubing

We stock a wide range of 316 stainless steel seamless tubing in both imperial and metric sizes. The ASTM A-269 tube we provide can be cut to any length required (subject to a minimum of 1m.)

The tubing coincides with our single ferrule tube fittings – our DuolocⒸ compression fittings range.

A maximum hardness of HRB 80 is preferred – *If harder tube is used the HRB 90 should be the maximum allowed & specified.
Our single ferrule OD compression fittings will work with soft tubing materials such as nylon

Stainless Steel Mini Check Valves

Stainless steel mini check valves with working pressure up to 6000 psi.

Waverley Brownall’s mini check valves are used as a low pressure relief valve that give a brilliant solution with a variety of cracking pressures. The cracking pressures of these mini check valves can be from 2 to 350psi.

Our mini check valves are available from our Check Valve range that includes our popular CV Series valves.

Stainless Steel Mini Check Valves: Design Features

Our mini check valves are designed for the highest efficiency in their given application. They include a fully contained O-ring seal and adjustable spring. A lock screw is present to maintain crack pressure. The one-piece precision machined body is produced at our very own manufacturing headquarters.

Quality products are assured with us, having been awarded BS EN ISO 9001 from BSI Standards and maintaining it since 1986.

Testing

The entire range of Waverley Brownall’s check valves have been tested for sealing performance. (BS 6755 Pt1)

These tests consist of: Low pressure, 50psi 3.5 bar

High pressure shell: 9000psi, 620 bar

Springs and Seal Kits

The material of our spring is 304 stainless steel as standard. If you require 316 stainless steel, please specify this on your order.

Waverley Brownall’s seal kits are supplied for the necessary maintenance and consist of poppet O-ring seal.

Our stainless steel mini check valves will arrive to you fully degreased and sealed.
