Waverley Brownall’s mini check valves are used as a low pressure relief valve that give a brilliant solution with a variety of cracking pressures. The cracking pressures of these mini check valves can be from 2 to 350psi.

Stainless Steel Mini Check Valves: Design Features
Our mini check valves are designed for the highest efficiency in their given application. They include a fully contained O-ring seal and adjustable spring. A lock screw is present to maintain crack pressure. The one-piece precision machined body is produced at our very own manufacturing headquarters.
Quality products are assured with us, having been awarded BS EN ISO 9001 from BSI Standards and maintaining it since 1986.

Testing
The entire range of Waverley Brownall’s check valves have been tested for sealing performance. (BS 6755 Pt1)
These tests consist of: Low pressure, 50psi 3.5 bar
High pressure shell: 9000psi, 620 bar
Springs and Seal Kits
The material of our spring is 304 stainless steel as standard. If you require 316 stainless steel, please specify this on your order.
Waverley Brownall’s seal kits are supplied for the necessary maintenance and consist of poppet O-ring seal.
Our stainless steel mini check valves will arrive to you fully degreased and sealed.
