Waverley brownall offer an extensive range of Hose connectors and Unions with BSP, BSPT and NPT thread sizes up to 2″. This product is entirely manufactured in our UK factory from the highest quality stainless steel.
Plugs, Bushes and Seals
The Waverley brownall range of BSP plugs, bushes and caps manufactured from large size hexagons to allow for the use of seals. Screw seal assemblies are stocked to suit all threads from 1/8· to 2· BSP suitable for a safe working pressure of 3000psi.
High Pressure Precision Pipe Fittings
Manufactured from high quality stainless steel bar and forgings. Available in NPT and BSPT for pressures up to 10,000psi.

Weld Fittings
A weld pipe fitting is defined as a part used in a piping system, for changing direction, branching or for change of pipe diameter, and which is mechanically joined to the system. There are many different types of fittings and they are the same in all sizes and schedules as the pipe.
Waverley brownall Weld Fittings are divided into two main groups:
- Buttweld (BW) Male to Male weld fitting where the ends of the fitting are “butted” together.
- Socket Weld (SW) fittings Male to female weld fittings

These BSP and BSPT fittings are available ex stock in sizes ranging from 1/8″ to 2″ and have a safe working pressure of 150psi.

Technical Specifications
Featuring BSP screwed pipefittings, 60º coned male unions, tube and hose components, plugs, bushes, caps, seals, NPT screwed pipe fittings, weld fittings and precision pipe fittings.
BSP screwed pipe fittings comply with BS 1740 or BS 1387. Reducing bushes up to 1″ BSPT are stocked with taper internal threads. These are suitable for a safe working pressure of 3000psi and are used for adapting gauges, instruments and valves.
Hexagon nipples and hexagon reducing nipples up to 1″ BSPT have bores to make them suitable for a safe working pressure of up to 6000psi.
60º coned male unions based on AGS 949 and BS 5200. Tube and hose adaptors based on BS 1906 and BS 2464. Any of the standpipe adaptors illustrated can be serrated to convert them to male or female hose adaptors.
Standpipe adaptors are the same size as equivalent OD tube and therefore have a smaller OD than the equivalent hosetail end.
BSPP plugs, bushes, and caps are manufactured from hexagons large enough to allow for the use of seals. Screw seal assemblies are stocked to suit all threads from 1/8″BSP – 2″ BSP and suitable for a safe working pressure of 3000psi and are available in PTFE/stainless steel and nitrile/stainless steel.
NPTF screwed pipe fittings are manufactured to comply with BS 3799. All catalogued items are stocked and suitable for use at a safe working pressure of up to 6000psi.Waverley brownall also offer a full range of quality low pressure stainless steel screwed fittings.
