MONEL® Alloy 400 Properties
Monel 400 is best known for its resistance to corrosive environments. Monel 400 is a nickel-copper alloy that is widely used for its impeccable strength and durability.
The alloys resistance to seawater and brackish water (salt and fresh water mixed together), makes it a fantastic choice for marine and offshore operations.
This alloy is also particularly resistant to hydrofluoric and hydrochloric acids once deaerated.
