BSP Male union hose fitting, common sizes 1/8″, 1/4″, 1/2″ and 3/4″

BSPT or NPT

Male union fitting, common sizes are 1/4″ BSP to 1/2″NPTF or 1″ BSP to 1/2″NPTF.

Union Nut

Sizes such as 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″ up to 2″ in stainless steel at 3000 psi.

Hose Adaptors

Square Hose Adaptor

In sizes 1/4″ up to 2″ for use with BSP union nut.

BSPT or NPT Male

Thread size BSPT eg. 1/8″ BSPT and hose ID sizes 1/4″.

Finger-Tight Adaptor

Up to 1 inch and supplied with nitrile or PTFE o-ring seals.

Stainless steel hose fittings are a type of component that can be used with typically a more flexible ‘hose’ application, rather than hard pipe and tube.

Hose fittings are used often as connectors or adaptors. Common uses for hose fittings are within Hydraulic or Pneumatic industries.

Stainless steel hose adaptors, connectors and unions are available from Waverley Brownall, high quality fittings that can be used for a variety of functions.

Hose components up to 2″ made from stainless steel 316.

Common thread types: BSP, BPST, NPTF and BSPP.

Bulkhead union with a hexagon back nut.

Measurements and sizing for our hose fittings will use either the Hose ID (inside diameter) or tube OD (outside diameter). For example, our tube nipple cone is available in sizes for tube with an OD of 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″ etc.

Hose clips in stainless steel can be supplied with your hose fittings, it is important to note that our hose clips are manufactured from grade 304 rather than 316.
