High pressure needle valves are used in some of the most extreme engineering applications. Our needle valves are general-purpose, making them useful for both liquid and gas applications.
Where an isolation of flow is needed, or the equalisation and venting of pressure is required, our valves hold strong performance.
High Pressure Needle Valves: High Quality Flow Instrumentation
Waverley Brownall ‘s precision valves allow for regulation of flow at high pressures. Some of our needle valves are available for applications of up to 10,000 PSI and temperatures up to an impressive 400 ºC.
- Stainless steel needle valves with a T bar handle made from 304 or 316 stainless steel
- Any combination of ends from NPT, BSPP, BSPT, single and twin ferrule compression
Temperature range (PTFE) is -20 to 200ºC, and with Graphite it is -20 to 400ºC.

Our high pressure needle valves are designed to include: T bar handle, lock screw, dust cap, gland adjuster, spindle, lock nut, gland yoke, gland packing, bonnet, body seal and the needle.
