Masterful manufacturing
We are proud to manufacture products that are an efficient and durable solution within many diverse environments.
All fittings and valves are manufactured to BS 9001 to ensure quality, and our unrivalled flexibility in supply puts customers’ needs at the forefront of any order.
We stock a vast range of tube fittings, valves and instrumentation components to suit the needs of incredibly broad industries – over 25+ industries in fact!
This includes the nuclear sector, petroleum and natural gas, electricity and the processing industry that encompasses everything from chemical and pharmaceutical manufacture to food and agriculture production.
Reliable Results
Engineer 1
Industry: Gas distribution
Problem: A large company requires lengths of tubing to install into a brand new project for gas distribution, to be delivered within a week. To deal with the internal gases, the tubing should be of an appropriate material for the working pressure rating and relatively low maintenance. The size required is 6mm tube OD with a wall thickness of 1.0mm.
Solution: A supply of stainless steel tube in grade 316 of the exact sizing specified for the project. Fast delivery service will be able to supply the tubing on-site, in 3 meters or 6-metre lengths. The company is rest assured of quality and efficiency by ordering from us, a British Gas approved supplier.

Industry: Aerospace engineering
Problem: A company working within the aerospace industry is looking for a bespoke component to be machined. The component needs to be designed for a specific purpose and also made from a durable material suitable for aero use.
Solution: We offer bespoke designs and precision machining of small components. The design, manufacture and supply of this component will be delivered within a reasonable time frame to the aerospace engineering company in monthly batches of the required amount.
The material used will be Titanium Grade 2 for its incredible capabilities in both high and low temperatures, as well as its beneficial strength to weight ratio.
Engineer 3
Industry: Chemical engineering
Problem: A chemical filtration and piping system require pipe fittings able to withstand concentrations of hydrochloric and phosphoric acids.
Solution: To order pipe fittings and instrumentation valves manufactured in super alloy materials. Our team of experienced engineers are also free to contact for any advice needed on pressures, materials and component solutions.
Alloy (Hastelloy) C-276 would be the standard material choice as it is a staple of corrosion resistance in chemical processing, however, material required is heavily dependent on temperatures, substance and pressure which will be discussed at enquiry stages. Other options would include; Incoloy 825 (phosphoric), C-276 for aggressive and hot concentrations or 6 MO stainless or alloy 625 for general resistances to diluted hydrochloric.
