Professor Chris Atkin elected as Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering
Professor Chris Atkin was recently elected as a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering. This is a huge honor, as only 50 spots are available, and having one pop by is quite uncommon. Every Fellow is elected based on his contribution to his own profession.
Professor Chris Atkin is very excited to be a part of this prestigious group. He is primarily focused on the idea of flow control technique creation. He wants to bring in persistent UAV and low emission transport aircrafts. In addition, he also has a strategic interest for the technical and commercial barriers related to his own application.
He is the chairman of the Engineering Council, and he was also a president of the Royal Aeronautical Society. Right now he is the primary leader when it comes to the NWTF involvement and he is hard at work on bringing his unique approach to life. He works very hard to ensure that the entire process will be adjusted and adapted in such a way so that the industry will benefit from that.
It’s quite the achievement for Professor Chris Atkin, because being a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering is extremely hard to achieve and a huge honor in its own right.
